New & Refurbished Products: Covered for 24 months from delivery.
Used Products: Covered for 6 months from delivery.
Consumers are also protected by legal guarantees for non-conforming products (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Any such issues must be reported within the applicable legal timeframe.

Include your order details and a clear description of the issue encountered.
Upon receiving your claim, Partsk.com will evaluate the product. If confirmed defective or non-compliant, we will proceed with either repair or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds are considered only if repair or replacement is not feasible or disproportionately costly.
Only the malfunctioning product itself is covered, and it must be returned with a valid RMA number.
