How to Buy Correct Parts

Ensure you provide the correct part number or detailed information to avoid wrong purchases. Our guide helps you identify the right parts efficiently.

1. Confirm by Part Number

The Part Number is the identification of the part. Please confirm that the part number you have is correct before purchasing.

Do NOT just buy a part from the model number, it is easy to buy it wrong.

2. Don’t Have a Part Number?

For Turbochargers, Water Pumps, and similar parts, provide the model number and engine number, along with pictures of your old parts.

Example: If you are looking for a turbocharger for a Komatsu PC200-5 Excavator Engine S6D95, send us:

  • Model: Komatsu PC200-5
  • Engine: Engine S6D95
  • Pictures of the old turbocharger from different views
Or provide the model number with its serial number, e.g., "Turbocharger for a Komatsu PC200-5 excavator with serial number 45001."

The more information you provide (model, serial number, engine number, pictures, size), the quicker we can confirm.

3. Tips for Buying Special Products

Engine overhaul rebuild kit: Confirm the piston type. The same engine may use different pistons across models. Engine serial number is often needed. If unavailable, send pictures of the old pistons from different views.

Travel Motor, Swing Motor, or Hydraulic Pump: Nameplate information on the assembly greatly helps.

Do NOT just buy a part from the model number. We are always here to help. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.
