General Return Policy

Warranty claims are processed through our technical department. For all non-warranty (Replacement parts only — Original parts are non-returnable) returns, please follow the instructions below.

1. Contact PARTSK

You can reach us via email at sales@partsk.com, live chat, RMA request, or by calling 0579-87715127.

• Request an RMA number.
• State the reason for your return.

2. Properly Package the Product

• Clearly write the RMA# on the package.
• Ship the package following the instructions provided by our customer service representative.

3. Upon Receipt of Returned Items

• Refunds: A refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
• Exchange: A replacement part will be sent.

Please Note

• Full credit will be issued for items returned unused and in resalable condition.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs for reasons such as “bought it wrong” or “no longer needed.”
• PARTSK covers shipping costs for “quality problem” or “wrong item shipped.”
• Refunds via PayPal are processed within 1 day.
• Refunds via Credit Card are processed within 5 days (bank processing time).
• If the product was originally free shipping, you’ll still receive a full refund with no deduction for freight.

Please contact us before sending any return. We have multiple warehouses in the USA and China. Buyers must follow the return instructions provided by our customer service representative. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
